Hello. I have a contract which is My Home M. The contract will end in January 2023. I would like to know how to prolong the contract and what conditions will be there (price etc.). I can’t find any information about the process.

Your contract only ends if you have asked for the cancellation of the contract. If you just let it run, at the end of its normal two year lifetime the contract will extend itself automatically a month at a time. If you have asked for the cancellation of the contract and are looking for an extension offer, then we can help you with that as well. In that case we’d have to know what exactly you’d like concerning the contract, are you fine with the current my Home M or would you like to change to something different, assuming that this is technically possible at your current address.
