Hi, My DSL is not working since yesterday. I did everything as in this tutorial, but calling customer support was nearly impossible in German, I have the pre-ticket number generated from my android phone, how can I find my four-digit customer identification code is this part of my customer number??? Thanks in advanced for your help.
