My activation date is too far. Is it possible to activate the connection sooner?

@o2_Sven I applied on July 27 and the activation date is on August 24. I am in my new apartment without internet. 😥

@schluej If its done then I can tell this story of "that time when a rule was broken in Germany" to my grandchildren. 🤣

that is still close to the typical 3 weeks and there can be a number of reasons as to why it’s taking just that little bit longer. You could get a Testkarte to have internet for the time until the activation of your connection.
