Dear O2 community,
I am moving out of my house (not out of Germany) and my new house has free internet. So, I want to terminate my O2 Homespot M contract.
I submitted a contract termination request via the online form on the 16th of April. I have not received any information about it.
Could you let me know how long does it take to receive a confirmation?
