did you first check if you Homespot can work at the new address? 
If it’s possible to run your Homespot you have to full fill the contract. 
If not your contract can be terminated prematurely Usually with a 3 months deadline..

Internet is provided by the owner of my new house. So, I will not need the O2 homespot anymore. That is why I will like to terminate the contract.

Great that your landlord can provide you with the Internet. But if you could also use your home spot at the address, you would have to full fill the remaining term.
This is my personal opinion.

So please test that be your self, so you can see what’s on.

Yes, the Homespot is usable at my new address. However, there is already free wifi at my new house (provided by the owner). So I do not need my O2 home spot internet. That is why I want to terminate the contract.

Wenn o2 an der neuen Adresse Leistung erbringen kann, ist es irrelevant, dass du vom Vermieter Internet beziehen kannst ... Verträge sind einzuhalten, von beiden Vertragspartnern.

as Sächsin already wrote ahead of me here, that you are going to receive internet in some other way at your new address is not relevant to the contract that you have entered with o2. If the HomeSpot is usable at your new address, then there is no reason why the contract should be terminated early. As you have no use for it, maybe there is someone else that would want it as a change of owner is a posssibility for these cases.

Die Kündigungsfrist, auch bei außerordentlicher Kündigung bzw Sonderkündigungsrecht beträgt nur noch 1 Monat.

danke Dir. Wusste ich noch nicht. Aber Du schreibst „nur noch 1Monat“, dann ist das noch nicht so lange?

Seit 1. Dezember 2021 , mit Einführung der Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat zum bzw nach Ende der Mindestvertragslaufzeit, auch bei Sonderkündigungsrecht.
