I will be moving in the next 2 months. I tried to request a change to the new address on my o2 account, but the system is stating: “Ihr Auftrag ist noch in Bearbeitung. Dies kann in Einzelfällen bis zu 48 Stunden dauern.” and I cannot proceed with the order.
The DSL contract have been active since December 2019. I don't understand why I'm receiving this message.
