Does that IPv6 is needed for internet or for VoIP (telephone, which I do not need) or for both? I have 2 cable modems (sent by mistake by Vodafone) I know I need to return, but maybe only 1 of them, so I might still have the other one (it is a CGA4233DE). Can it be used with O2? (it have ODCSIS 3.1, but does not support IPv6) If I can not use the CGA4233DE (and IPv6 is mandatory) - which cable modem do you recommend to buy (that is working with O2), for saving the rental cost of a cable modem from O2?Thank you in advance,

No Provider router are allowed.

IPv6 is needed for Internet .

Most likely, the Vodafone Station (CGA4233DE) cannot be configured remotely. Vodafone will probably identify the router as its own rental property if o2 inquires.
