@Natimno did you have move to Vodafone Cable or DSL?
I moved to Vodafone Cable.
@Natimno Ok. It can been up to 7 day before Telekom physical shut down your dsl line for o2.Can you still use the o2 internet?
I'm not in Germany anymore and I can't verify that. The one responsible for the cancelation of O2 was Vodafone. My modem is with a friend and I can send it back right away to O2.
I was afraid because in my O2 says that my contract was renovated on July 22nd instead of canceled.
@Natimno your friend should use the o2 dsl return portal.
https://dsl-retoure.o2online.de
You other question can only answer an o2 moderator. Please wait some days.
Hi,
Nothing changed yet.
I'm trying to access the link to send the O2 dsl but the site is not recognising my login and is not sending the option to do a new password.
@Natimno the Link is for send back the o2 hardware. You need the serial number from the router.
Hello @Natimno and welcome to our o2 community :-)
As far as I can see you already recieved tipps and help from @Joe Doe :-)
Regarding your contract, this might get a bit tricky…
If I understand you right, you ordered ordered Vodafone to cancel your contract with us and take over the connection, is that right? We recieved an apointment request for the date to hand the connection over to Vodafone but it seems they did not forward any information that this action is not wanted anymore.
Unfortunately we also did not recieve a cancelation requeat from you so at this point in time the contract was automatically exteneded by 12 months as stated in our terms.:-/
To cancel your contract to an earlier date we need some documents. This include your german “ABmeldebestätigung”and the confirmation of registration at your new home. You may also provide the proof of your landlord of the new home or a confirmation of the company that you are working with right now.
You can send the documents via fax or letter, you will find the phone number and the address on our contacts page regarding cancelation.
Regards,
Lars
