Hi,

I plan to move to my new place and tried to order this moving DSL order by online form (due to COVID lockdown all branches in Frankfurt are closed). I filled all necessary fields and when reaching to last step (Check & Done) and submit my request, the page stuck in the loading session and I'm not receiving any confirmation after that (even I waited for an hour). 

So what can I do? how can submit my moving order?

note: I tried different browsers (chrome, safari, firefox) all same issue.

Of course it’s possible, but how about the people still can’t speak German!?

i can’t even understand the auto reply speaking when call to customer hotline.

It is a good occasion to start learning the local language. You are also welcome to ask a friend for help or submit your request in text form.

If you ask for help calling the customer service you can do this by saying nothing while the IVR is telling you the details. By the way English support is available from Mon-Fri 11 am to 3 pm.

Unfortunately we can’t process any moves here in the community. Did you succeed online?
