While organizing my move with you, your agent clearly told me it will be “natürlich kostenfrei” whereas on my invoice i see it costs me 49,99 Euros. Could you please listen the call and return this money to me?

If the connection was taken over 1 to 1 when moving, €49 will be charged. However, if a move with a new term of 24 months is the move flat rate free of charge. which one was it?

your contract was not prolonged with the move and still has its original runtime until May 2023. You can also see this on the bill on page 4 under the category “Gut zu Wissen”. If we were to reimburse you the costs of the move, then your contract would get prolonged until October 2024. If that is okay with you, then please let us know.

Yes please prolong it and reimburse the moving cost back to me.
