I just want to know that due to some circumstances i am coming back to my home country and i will back after 6 or 8 months , my parents are not fine and have critical situation so i am requested to o2 to terminate my contract for some time period and then when i will come back i will active my all contracts . please do some favor and i  am sending  you my ticket or travel document if you wants as a proof . 

i have to pay charges but now i am currently not using yours any service.

 

please guide me about this issue

We will try our best to help you. A temporarily closure is possible, but only under special circumstances, so a few things we need to know first:

Have you already left the country? Are we talking about a mobile contact, DSL or  o2 My Handy  (like mobile phone or devices like that)

Are there payments missing or is everything in order and your account is balanced?
