Hello @esarigul and welcome back to our o2 community :-)
If one is moving abroad many things have to be considered. Regarding the DSL contract you have with us you will find all necessary information on our article about what documents and steps are needed.
I had a look into your data and found that a cancelation was placed and a router was returned, unfortunately I did not find any documents that were needed to cancel the contract to an earlier date.
Since these douments were missing the contract was canceled to the normal end of term what in this case was mid of March.
Up to this date the base feewas is billed, if no payment has been done that was the reason why you recieved the final notice.
Regards,
Lars
@o2_Lars I have mailed my Abmeldung document by both fax and email : impressum@cc.o2online.de as suggested by two different staff on Livechat, but unfortunately never get any confirmation. Seems that every staff has a different suggestion and none is working. And now you tell me that there is no record of document sent, please tell me what else I can do. As I have already moved away from September and even paid for 3 more months ( October - December), I am afraid that it is non sense for me to pay that invoice.
Hi @esarigul .
Could you tell us which documents you sent via mail and which file type you used for the attachment? A .pdf, word or just a scanning jpeg?
Best Regards Matze
@o2_Matze I have mailed an copy of my Abmeldung from Germany in pdf, and I also put an note on top of it with my customer number of o2. This document is both faxed and mailed, but no response until now.
Would it be possible to send you this document in a private message?
@esarigul I am sorry it’s not possible to sent attachments via private message, but i am in contact with the colleagues from cancellation department.
I assume i will get feeback with in the next days, after that i will get back to you here with further information.
Best Regards Matze
