We move from Berlin to Heidelberg. We already had the new Rufnummer, printed on a letter. We connect the homebox 6441 to the TAE port. It has a lable T001. But the dsl light on the router is not always on. It is on for several seconds than off. From the attachment, you can see sometimes the dsl is connected, but sometimes not. We can not go to the next process because the red cross. What happens? I have already paid 50euro for relocation. The technician from Telecom just came and did nothing. How can I ask him to check it again? Thanks.

I'm glad you've found a new home for yourselves. I hope the move wasn't too stressful given the distance.
I have a few more questions for you:
Did you order a new connection from us at the new address in Heidelberg or did you move with your existing contract?
When exactly was the connection to be activated at your address?
Did our letter inform you about a necessary technician?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes. We ordered the new connection in Heidelberg-Dossenheim. We also recieved the letter which told us the new Rufnummer. It should be activated on 29.11.2021.

The technician came, my wife invited him. but unfortunately he didn't find the TAE port. After he left, we tried to connect the Internet with o2 homebox 6441, since an appointment takes long and is not easy, and we eager to use the Internet before Christmas.

So what is probably the problem with our internet? And how to fast fix it? Many thanks.
