Dear O2 Team,

I have an open order for a my Home XXL. It turned out today after the techinican came that there are limitations with the cable connection in my apartment therefore I want to modify to order to DSL connection My Home L. How can I do it?

Yes, I had a call this Monday.

I am still waiting for the solution though (cancel the actual order by O2 because of the technical limitations on my side and create a new order).
