Hello, sorry I don’t speak German, so my question would be in English(

I have a dsl contract with o2 company, And on the 13th of December, I’ve noticed that I have a debt on my account 59,97 € and transferred 60 € that day using Deutsche bank. Deutsche bank confirmed that a transaction was successful and there is no mistake with billing data (Iban and Kundennummer (XXXXXXXXXX) was correct). But looks like today I still has a debt of 59,97 €. So my question what went wrong? Why the debt still exists? To transfer money I’ve used the same template as usually for paying, so any mistake is impossible. Only maybe there is a problem that instead of 59,97 € I’ve transferred 60 €, if this affects?

Best wishes,

Sergei

Why do you think this?

Maybe I understand ui wrong, but in my account at the Rechnung link I see:

59,97 €

Letzte Rechnung vom 12.12.2019
fällig zum 19.12.2019

I understand it that this money (59,97 €) I should pay. Or there is some misunderstanding?

Yes, I think you are misunderstanding. What you cite says that the last invoice is about 59,97 EUR and is due to 19.12.2019. Another statement cannot be derived from this, in particular not whether a payment has been received and booked.

The date when o2 booked your last payment is shown in “Jahres-Übersicht” (“beglichen am:”)

If you trans fair more money that necessary, that automatic booking system is unable to match the payment.

So it could take some time to see the balance!

@blablup thank you, now it is getting a bit more clear. Looks like payment was received on the 17.12.2019

@schluej nice to now, next time would be more accurate thanks
