Hello 

I have a big problem with my internet, I have a O2 homespot Lte router and it have been a 2 weeks now since the internet doesn’t work at all only 1 hour a day and it is so bad connexion, I went to the O2 shop from where I got my contract internet and they didn’t do anything to help, I’m really disappointed since I’m paying for something I don’t have, it is a waste of time and money, I want to cancel my contract and I will never use O2 again

I created a new topic for you regarding the LTE Homespot 🙂

A bad connection for two weeks is a long time already. With the data from your number which you have registered with us in our community I could not see a contract with an LTE router but two mobile contracts, is this a third contract?

Regarding your bad conenction, did you check for your address in our live check in order to see whether a disturbance of our LTE network is reported there?

I have one mobile and one unlimited sim for  the Lte router 


Hello @Shades,

if you bought a second hand router it might still be in possession of us as it is a rental router or the former owner indeed bought it and then sold it to you. But then it could still be connected to one place only depending on the age of the router.

Have you checked your address with our availability check whether our LTE network is strong enough for a homespot opposed to using mobile data via a smartphone?

How is the connection with your mobile phone at your address?
