If the connection is already up and running then you can also find the pertinent information in your mein o2 for the contract. Aside from that maybe check the spam filter of your emailaccount in case any documents from us ended up there.

@sahulhameed Did you have an o2 mobile postpaid contract? If yes, you can found there your o2 dsl credentials. (If you choose your landline contract there)

this could be a DSL line problem, please see if our o2 My Service App can help you (it can be switched to English language as well).

If not, please report a problem to our English hotline on 089 66 66 30 08 1 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays). They will eventually send a technician then if neccesary.

Please keep us updated if you were able to achieve anything and let us know if you have any questions.

@sahulhameed Please have in mind that the Fritzbox 7390 (if you really have a 7390) ist End of Life and have problems with vectoring. Specially with 100 Mbit VDSL lines. A Fritzbox 7530 or 7590 works without any problems.

you should have received an answer from our technical department already, which echoes what Joe Doe already posted here. The 7390 that you’ve had in use isn’t really compatible with current day vectoring connections.

@sahulhameed Yes. You can use the TP-Link VR2100v for o2 VDSL if it is the model for the German market.
