Hello. Sorry for Typing in English but I am not so fluent in German. The problem is that I cannot login to my o2. I dont remember if I have ever did. I have internet by o2-my email is not working as a login and the number given by registering myself also is said to be fault. How May I reset login/password? I was thinking of getting mobile phone on a contact but cannot contact with support without loging in my o2 -.-

If you encounter difficulties logging into our online portal please make sure the number you are trying to log in with is already registered. You can do so by chosing the “Jetz tregistrieren” option. Please logout of our community here first or use an inkognito windo to avoid any issues with website-cookies. :-)
