I have made a DSL contract with o2 and aready activated the internet today. I want to ask how to register for Mein o2 app? I only have a customer number in my hand, and don’t have the landline number. Where I can get the landline number?

I didn’t receive the letter with the data yet. And I tried to enther router’s user interface, but the PIN from o2 by mobile message is not correct.

we can of course send out the welcome letter again, if you still need it. As Vilureef wrote, you shouldn’t need any of the data to use your internet connection with the HomeBox which means that you could also get the phone number in that way.
