I need help to contact O2 and cancel my 2-year DSL contract. Following the O2 Goettingen Shop suggestion, I sent a letter to the company in (O2 Kundenbettrenung, Telefonica Germany Gmbgh&Co, 90345 Nurnberg) and asked to cancel my contract because I have to leave Germany. I sent it on September 26 and asked to be contacted via e-mail for further specifications. I still don't have an answer. This is very damaging because I will have to pay for a time that I am not using the service.

Is there another way to contact the company and make sure they get my letter? Kindly help me solve this issue. Thank you in advance.
