I lost my DSL internet two days ago. I called to hotline and described the problem. They give me a ticket and told my will work on it. After two days nothings happened. I check my landline by calling to it and I found the line is temporarily deactivate. I don’t know why and I don’t know what to do? Can anyone tell my if had same experience?
