I lost my DSL internet two days ago. I called to hotline and described the problem. They give me a ticket and told my will work on it. After two days nothings happened. I check my landline by calling to it and I found the line is temporarily deactivate. I don’t know why and I don’t know what to do? Can anyone tell my if had same experience?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your internet access. 

What is the current status? Have you contacted the hotline again? Could they solve your problem in the meantime?
