Hi there,

I'm having several disconnects every day on my internet connection, the router seems to be working fine and no red or flashing lights appear on it (Fritzbox 6660) but the connection is lost on all my devices (first the internet just doesn't work and then the wifi gets disconnected).
I have to unplug the router and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in. Then everything works fine.

I've tried the O2 app to optimise everything, but I'm still getting disconnections every day.

Is there any other instructions I can do or can anyone here help me?

that is not so nice you are having daily disconnects.

Did you rent your Fritzbox 6660 from us?

Did you already connect with our colleagues from our internet department via our hotline 0800 525 1378 to have your line and router checked?
