Our Landline Internet is not working from morning of Tuesday. I have reached out the customer service got no proper response. I have restarted and rebooted the router multiple times. There is red light with no blink showing in the router info. The Vorgangsnummer is 900 093 388 840. Kindly request to reach out to us and fix it.

I regret that there were problems with your landline connection.

In most cases, a red info LED means that the access data is missing or incorrect.

In the meantime, you had already contacted our customer service and apparently the problem has been resolved.
