Our contracts are calculated retrospectively, so you will always receive a final invoice after the contract has ended. Can this be the case?

Thank you. I’d appreciate it if you could look into my case and confirm if that indeed is an issue because I’ve continued getting invoices although it’s been a couple months since termination of the contract (i initiated a debit refund for these payments). My Customer number is: XXXXXX

I'm sorry that there are still unanswered questions about your invoices. The contract was only invoiced until the termination date on November 1st, 2023.
However, there was then a return debit, so the fees were calculated again the next month.
I'll have the last three invoices sent to you by post so that you can understand it better.
