I am sorry to write in English but my German is not yet good enough for this.
I am a new O2 customer and I am waiting for my DSL to be set up, the technician will come to my house in a couple of weeks.
However, when I entered my contact number - which is italian as I still have no german phone number - the system did not recognize the international prefix and messed the number up. Now I have to change it as, if the technician cannot reach to me, I can be charged up to 50€ and a new appointment would need to be taken.
The issue is that I cannot do that neither from the website nor from the app.
I am also experiencing the infamous Error 502 and cannot access any of my contract information - which is mildly annoying :)
I would be very grateful if anyone had a solution to this! Many thanks in advance
