Hi,

today I received a invoice from O2 but I haven't any active service, my latest service  “O2 my Home S” canceled before first 14 days and I received cancellation confirmation!

regarding service cancellation, I havent  access to O2 Account, also I couldn't see invoice details.

You talkb about 14 days, had you submitted a cancellation or made use of your “Widerrufsrecht”?
