I left Germany November 2022 and deregistered and closed my account.. However they still sent me invoices and eventually I got it fixed..(or so I thought).. They credited my account with €128 out of a goodwill gesture… But I received another invoice yesterday asking for €1.50.. Dont know why, when they admitted that I am no longer using the Router… I am in in Vietnam and cannot phone as it will cost me a fortune.. I also dont know who to email to get this sorted…
I also cant reset my passwords to my online account as I no longer have the sim related to the account and cant use my email for some reason… So how do I get access to the €128 credited to my account…
