Hi there,

I wonder whether I can cancel my 2 year Wifi contract earlier because my study will end and I am leaving Germany? May I ask what do I need to do so? Thanks in advance!

As the headline, I choose to terminate my contract of Internet zuhause and it will expire by the end of this month, can I still choose to continue it with no minimum duration contract (no laufzeit) from now on? Thanks.

Hi @yadot_,

If you withdraw your cancellation, your contract can be cancelled on a monthly basis after your minimum term has expired. If you actively extend your contract, it will usually be extended by 24 months.

You can withdraw your cancellation by phone or express your wish here in the o2 Community. This will then be processed in the next few days. If you want to get it done quickly, I would recommend calling.

Hi Sven,

Thanks for your reply, I have contacted with you to withdraw my cancellation only, to make the account monthly cancellable from now through online chat. Could you please check everything works now (e.g., no need to sent back the routers by 09.12 and the contract can be cancelled any time with 1 month early notice)?
