Good afternoon,

My name is Pedro and I move to another city in November. I introduced my new address in the “Umzug” option in my personal O2 website but I get this message: “An der eingegebenen Adresse ist ein DSL-Anschluss leider noch nicht verfügbar.”

“Wir beraten Sie gerne zu den verfügbaren DSL-Tarifoptionen bei der angegebenen Adresse. Bitte rufen Sie unsere Kundenbetreuung an.

DSL Kunden-Hotline: +49 (0)89 78 79 79 400

I have tried in several occasions to contact the above telephone number but no one answers. Could you help me understand the options of what can I do with my contract if it is not possible to have connection with O2 in my new address? Also is it possible to make all this process using other means that is not the telephone above?

Thank you very much. It worked perfectly. Now I got a new question, I was told to send a letter to this address: 

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 - Nürnberg

Is it possible to send a letter to an address that does not have a street name and number? Will post service deliver my letter successfully?

Yes. It is a corporate postcode. There is no other user under this postcode, street and house number information is not required.
