My name is Pedro and I move to another city in November. I introduced my new address in the “Umzug” option in my personal O2 website but I get this message: “An der eingegebenen Adresse ist ein DSL-Anschluss leider noch nicht verfügbar.”

I have tried in several occasions to contact the above telephone number but no one answers. Could you help me understand the options of what can I do with my contract if it is not possible to have connection with O2 in my new address? Also is it possible to make all this process using other means that is not the telephone above?
