How do I transfer my DSL Internet connection to the new tenant when I move out of my apartment?

Hello @sfrancis ,

welcome to o2 Community 💙.

When you are logged into your contract’s mein o2 account, you should have the option to start the transfer of the contract to another person. You’d find this under “Tarif und Vertrag” → “Vertrag verwalten” and then “Vertragsinhaberwechsel”.

I am already registered on the on the O2 platform. But when i login i am always redirected to the O2 community page or the forum.  

How can I transfer my existing DSL internet connection to the new tenant when i move out of my apartment?

Please help.

Make sure that you log in to ‘Mein o2’ with the landline phone number associated with the o2 Home contract. Log out of the o2 community account beforehand if necessary.
