Every day I have some problem, I restart the router, I turn it off many times and it is still disconnected from the internet, where can I write the complaint? I have already written a complaint for previous days and it is still happening, I am tired of this happening.
I looked everywhere for how to write a complaint and I can't find anything in the webpage, it seems they did it on purpose, I can only speak with Aura that is completely useless......it only irritates my nerves.
