internet stops working every day

Every day I have some problem, I restart the router, I turn it off many times and it is still disconnected from the internet, where can I write the complaint? I have already written a complaint for previous days and it is still happening, I am tired of this happening.

I looked everywhere for how to write a complaint and I can't find anything in the webpage, it seems they did it on purpose, I can only speak with Aura that is completely useless......it only irritates my nerves.

Hotline is useless….I have already call many times without solution….and at the end I have no proof that this happens.

They say that is no internet….but as soon as I call them it start working again…...and after a while it fails again….

You need to contact our hotline with this problem, as @schluej  already correctly wrote, so that a fault ticket can be created for you there. This is necessary and can only be created via the hotline, unfortunately this is not possible here in the community.

You can install our  o2 my Service App in advance and use it to check your connection. Something may already be detected and recorded in a ticket that the technical team can then access.
