I upraded my plan from Home S to M, but still my speed is same as before ~10 Mbps.
I there anything I need to change in DSL router setting because I have already reset the router.
Edit o2_Lars: Moved from DSL/Vertrag to English/Broadband

What is displayed in the o2 DSL availability check for your connection address? (Click on the small "i").
As you can see from the availability check, you are already using the maximum speed available at your address.

That is not 100% correct. 10 Mbps are probably the maximum speed he can have at his adress with DSL. He could switch to o2 4G Homespot.
Personally, I would rather stay with 10 Mbps of stable DSL but if you have a o2 cellphone you can run some speed tests at your adress to see what it would be like. But keep in mind that speeds over 4G can go down over time as people make more use of their cellphones.

Since this forum is about o2 DSL&Festnetz and the author of this thread is talking about his o2 DSL contract, your argument is irrelevant. He cannot use any o2 mobile products with his o2 DSL contract and o2 does not offer a switch from a DSL contract to an Mobile contract. The reason why his internet connection is not faster is that only ADSL2+ is available. And that was the question after all.
If the author wanted a mobile contract product, he could have done it all along.
I talked to the service line the other day and if I remember it correctly I could have switched to a homespot plan but my contract would have renewed itself for another 24 months. Is that not possible?
I’m thinking solution-oriented. Rachit wants faster internet. The homespot plan might be a solution for him.
Rachit, it is also possible that there are other (regional) internet providers that offer a higher bandwith at your adress. Technology-wise, they could be using DSL, cable, fiber and/or 4G/5G. Also, if your upgrade is less than 2 weeks old, you can probably cancel it.
I don't think that a mobile product without any guaranteed minimum bandwidth, without IPv6, without a public IPv4 address, practically without a free choice of router, with only one (mobile) phone number would be a "solution".
o2 my Home S only includes 100 GB data volume per month, while o2 my Home M includes unlimited data volume. Therefore, it is also worthwhile at connection addresses where the maximum tariff speed cannot be attained.

How did you get along with your issue? Could you find a solution by now?
