I ordered an O2 cable internet online from O2 . it was supposed to be activated on July 22, 2024. But I can't connect to the internet yet. When i was ordering and talking on the phone they told me that A technician will come on july 22 but he didnt come at all and when i call that day they just told me that he will not come and nobody put a termin or something and i was wating for july 22 like more then 1 month to get a internet box and all.
I logged in and I see that it says Cable status as connecting and IPv4 and IPv6 not connected and I see that there is no data in the chart below for downstream or upstream.
what should i do

Please try to concentrate your issue on one topic, that is easier for us.
Do you have more than one multimedia socked in your apartement?
I assume your connection is still blocked, that is why you need the appointment with a technician. I can not check your customer data, because you are not logged in with a verified account. I think you got two options here:
- Verify your account by registration in my o2 with your contract details and I can have a look, why no technician came to your place
- Call our english hotline and ask them what is the issue with the technician appointment: 089 66 66 30 08 1

did you already try one of the mentioned options I offered you? Wether you sign in with a contract account, or contact our hotline with your customer details, you should get to know, what happened to the technicians appointment.
Maybe you already have got a new date from the technician?
