Our DSL internet has not functioned well since quite a few months now. Last week they sent us a new homebox, but even now the internet light keeps blinking, and the internet is unstable.

I have to attend university classes from home and also work from home. The internet works for 1-2 minutes and then it just goes away for 1 minute or more. Many times I have been thrown out from my zoom meeting, had a frozen screen or not able to hear my colleagues. This is starting to be very annoying and I am receiving complains from my colleagues.

It is a pathetic experience,  because even after getting the new box, the internet does not work. Most of the times my devices get automatically disconnected and says "no internet".

We called the service number multiple times, they just say we will call you back,  but they never do. No idea how to solve this. Please, please help.

Moin Moin,

what is the DSL light doing, while the internet connection is interrupted?

Tell them that U have a blinking DSL light.

What you could try is to switch off the router for 10 Minutes.

Hi, I have already tried switching it off for 10 mins, resetting it and pressing the reset button for two or ten seconds... nothing works.. it stops my videocall mid-sentence and I have to wait for 1-3 minutes for it to get back

Hi @Maansoni ,

the hotline is best place to get a check of the DSL-Line going, since most questions for the check require a direct answer. The last Ticket seems to be closed, since it was connected to a local outtage. Would you mind giving the the hotline another try?

Best regards,
Kurt
