Yesterday (2nd Jan 2020) was a day to change DSL-S to DSL-M.

However, I cannot still use the DSL service until today.

How long should I wait to use it?

Should I contact to O2 customer center?

My homebox’s DSL light is blinking, and I don’t have Internet LED light.

The flashing DSL indicator light could indicate that a technology change from ADSL to VDSL has also been carried out in connection with the tariff change you have requested. If you have forgotten to perform the factory reset of your o2 homebox in this case, it would be normal that it does not work.

To carry out the factory reset, please press the recessed reset button on the back of the o2 homebox for approx. 10 seconds. Then wait a few minutes until the o2 homebox has restarted. If the DSL indicator light is permanently green and the info LED is permanently red, enter the 10-digit PIN if necessary. See manual.
If the DSL indicator light does not glow green continuously, call the hotline.


Thank you for your answer. I did the reset, but I didn’t have any changes of my homebox (DSL LIGHT is still blinking and INTERNET LIGHT doesn’t glow...). I am just guessing that the changing work of my DSL service was not completed… How can I check the current state of the work?

During the change of your DSL Tariff an error occurred , i am really sorry für the inconveniences you are going through at the moment.

Or colleages from IT department are involed to solve the problem, at the moment we can just ask for your patience.

Our customer service will get back to you as soon as there is an update to your case.

Hi O2 team,  I had requested for my O2 contract change from previous owner Visual Khajuria to my name Latha Venkataswamy. 

Yesterday I got a mail saying its in progress. However from today morning I do not see my internet working. My router is o2 WLAN6641. 

I can see WLAN light green , DSL light is green and internet light is off.  Sometimes I see DSL light blinking. 

Can you please check my connection once?  

I couldn't get any help from customer care as I do not speak German yet😐

the dsl led is really flash? If yes, you have a technical problem.
