Good afteroon,
my internet connection is not stable, it disconnects after 20-30 minutes for 20 seconds more or less. I have tried everything, restarted the router, connectors etc. Lights look okay.
I am facing this problem for the last two weeks and I really need a solution as as many people, I am doing home office.

welcome to our community. Did you try our DSL Hilfe App to check your line? And how old is your router? Do you have the chance to test a different device. Maybe your router is damaged and needs to be replaced.
