Dear O2,

Vorgangsnummer: 90xxxxxxxx18

I have had no internet connection on my O2 connection since last night. I tried to fixing it through o2 my service app but they asked me to contact you and give this number. I couldn’t find an English Speaking person on the hotline so I’m hoping you can help me out. Your help is very appreciated.
