Internet Connection Issue

Hello,

The dsl homebox in my apartment has the dsl, internet, and wlan light permanently on and yet my devices are connected without internet. Have restarted the router, reconnected the dsl cable, all to no avail. Is this an issue with subscription so I could talk to my landlord?

Does the telephone LED of your o2 Homebox 6641/6441/6741 also light up permanently green? What is the status of the INFO LED?

The telephone led is also permanently on. The info led is off. Please see image below

According to the indicator lights, everything should be working. If you can still make phone calls on the line, but cannot use the Internet, it is possible that Internet use has been blocked due to an overdue payment. Please check your bank statements to see if you have paid all your bills on time.

Hello @Pophils and welcome to out o2 community :-)

I am sorry to hear there are issues with your internet connection. If your DSL connection already worked at this location with this router there are several possible reasons why the connection does not work any more. Have you already been able to have a look at your bank account if the deduction of the invoice worked as it was planned? Or maybe you have already been in contact with our customer service to solve this? :-)
