Hello community, since last saturday 06.11.2021 that I experienced some interruptions in the internet service. Those interruptions were very very long in time and force to us to use our internet mobile access. So, I solved this restarting the toy router that I have.

The question that I have here is, independent of the connectivity from century XV, it is normal that the router needs to be restarted time to time?, I mean, I’m not happy with this service considering that the last time when I have DSL connection in my 3rd world country was in 2005 and for the price/Speed that I paid...Maybe the existing conditions here in Germany are this and there is nothing that I can do to solve it, but to all community: “How often do you restart your router in your house?”.

edit o2_Tobias: moved from router & internet to our English Community (DSL)

Never.

Never either.

Hi @Leo_chile ,
welcome to our community :blue_heart:
I also do not have to restart my router. Which device do you have and is also the telephony affected by the restriction?
Kind regards
Larissa
