Hello,

I have an issue with O2 Homebox, dsl is not connecting and even not dialling since 25th of September. Tried to reset the homebox couple of times but dsl light is off. I tried to call customer care but they are not transferring the call to the english speaking operator. It is so annoying since april this is 2nd time there is an issue with O2 homebox.

It would be great if anybody know the 02 english speaking customer care number.

there is no English speaking hotline.

If you are not able to speak German it could be useful to ask a friend to do so.
Hello @Sandhya,

as far as I can see you already opened a trouble ticket with our technical DSL departement. If you should still encounter difficulties with your DSL connection I recommend to contact them again.
