info light red

I got my internet transfeted from my flatmate to my name.

I have received the activation email but i could not setup the connection and info light remains red.

Help me

Hello @Farrukh and welcome to out o2 community :-)

If a DSL contract is transfered from one person to another, it may tae 24 to 48 hours for the new settings are available to the router. I recommend to set it back to factory defaults and set it up with the new credentials we sent you.

I assume your DSL connection is already up and running as it should? :-)
