Hello, I am writing this question again as no one is willing to help me out regarding my billing. I have been billed 32.98 for this month when I was told I would be billied 22.98 for the first year (I have the o2 guy write this and stamp this on my agreement paper) also I was promised that connection price and one-time entry price DSL would be redunded and the bill amount would be deducted from the same (I have this also written on my contract by the same guy). Please refund the promised money and correct the billing amount.

welcome to our community. Thanks to @bs0 asking for patience. If you have the proof of the promised discounts mentioned, please upload a anonymized screenshot and we will check the matter for you.

Hello @o2_Manga , Thank you for your reply. The store guy said he will refund the installing fee and the router fee. and the first year will be 22.98 and 32.98. I have attached the screen shot here. He has written and signed it.
