How can I change the old one by the new ID?

Please click on Informationen anzeigen and tell the support the information. So the Telekom could find the mistake quicker.
Please call 0800 5251378 tomorrow if you can speak German.
And tell them that you are verschaltet & switched to Telekom *you are getting a Telekom page”
