I would like to cancel the phone and internet service

Hello,

I signed up for Internet Service- I believe it is a Home Spot and SIM card for cell phone number on 4/19/2022 at 02 store in Kaiserslautern location with the Shop Manager, Karsten K. I live in Steinweiden. The internet speed was supposed to be up to 50 MBPS. When we came home, the internet would not work. We tried changing the spot of the router to our living room one floor up and it finally worked but the speed is mostly in KBPS. We were also told that we have unlimited calls to German line through our new sim but when I translated the disclosures we received, it stated that it is 19.9 cents per minute to German mobile network. Today we went back to the store to cancel all the service since we are still under 14 days window, but he refused to accept the cancelation stating that his system shows we have service. We were lied to sign up for the contract and we are extremely unhappy with the service. I would like to cancel both the phone and internet service. Please help me cancel it. The order number for the contract is EPOS0200XXXXXXX
