I want to upgrade my connection to “O2 my Home L”

We’d be happy to make you an offer concerning your my Home Contract. When you change to the my Home L, you’ll need a new router as the 7490 is not suitable for Supervectoring. Would you like to rent a new router from us in that case or would you rather want to buy your own hardware?

I would like to rent a new router for tarif upgrade. but I have just got my current contract from my friend by contract owner change, if I upgrade the contract now, Do I need to pay for the one-time fee again?

if you mean the one time fee for the connection itself, then no. For the router there will be one-time fees. You’ll get an offer that will list everything and you can then decide if that fits what you want or not. The offer itself will stand for 8 days, so you’ll have plenty of time for that. In terms of routers that would be suitable, we currently offer two models. The HomeBox 3 that would come with a monthly fee of 3,99€ or the FritzBox 7590AX that would have a monthly fee of 6,99€. Once I know what router you want, I’ll send you the offer to the email address that you’ve entered as your contact in mein o2.

Und was ist mit den Einmalgebühren von 9,99€ Versand und 49,99€ Bereitstellungspreis? 

Ich habe die möglichen Gebühren erwähnt, die Höhe kann Sie dann ja dem Angebot entnehmen und könnte zu dem Zeitpunkt dann immer noch ein informierte Entscheidung treffen.
