Hello, I bought O2 home internet, and I already have a modem that was previously connected to Vodafone internet. Now, I want to use the modem for O2 cable internet. Could you please guide me?

Could you already provide the colleagues in our English Hotline with the CM MAC adress of your router?

In case the router is from Vodafone, its MAC adress maybe has to be set free there before we can connect your router successfully.

please call our English speaking customer support: 089 66 66 30 08 1 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays).

They will be able to help you with the MAC adress.

Has your connection already been activated? Or are you still waiting for it?
