I've not got my netflix credit activation email/sms yet!


Hi O2,

I’ve purchased “o2 TV L” for 12 months contract with promotional offer for netflix credit €155.88 with my DSL contract. But still I’ve not received any SMS or any EMAIL for activating netflix credit.

 

I’ve purchaed this on 21.04.2022. Now it is almost 3 weeks, how long I’ve to wait for that? Please let me know.

Hello @Iftekher thanks for your post. Can you describe your request a bit more? Where did you buy it?  What happened in the meantime?
Have you allready contacted the custommer support?

  1. Where did you buy it? => I bought it online, from the advertisement sent to my O2 inbox (I gave you the screen shot in my post).
  2. What happened in the meantime? => My TV connection “o2 TV L 12M DSL” is activated on 21.04.2022.
  3. Have you allready contacted the custommer support? => No, when I need support I come here, so I am writing here.

Please let me know how to get my netflix credit as promised in the advertisement.

As you ordered o2 TV L you received a link to activate o2 TV. After the activation you should received a second link for netflix. Have you got this link?
When yes, what happened after the activation of this link?
