I have struggled with our internet since the anschluss day. Long story short: it has never worked. After endless talks with your hotlines, I gave up and sent a request for an extraordinary termination of my contract (on 26/9 through the online formula). On 7/10 it was confirmed by text message that the “kündigung is under review”.
How long will it take? We desperately need to have functioning internet again, and I do not want to risk find another solution only to be told that o2 rejects the termination, and then end up paying even more.
Please, can someone at O2 tell me what is happening?
