Hello please I want to buy home Internet but i have question in my head i already know that i must pay every month for the Internet price but are there will be any Taxes for using it to download games apps or anything else or it's just the costs that evey month Should i pay for i need help will be any taxes for downloading games or stuff during the home Internet? thank you all

As a consumer, value added tax (VAT) liability is not really relevant for you, as all prices to consumers must generally include all statutory taxes. VAT is paid by the companies to the German state so the consumer does not have to worry about it.

there are certain services as part of your contract that can lead to additional costs, but generally the usage of the contract itself is covered by your monthly fee. Calling a foreign or premium numbers are something that you’d have to pay for, but just downloading something isn’t priced separately.
