i have no network since this morning

Since morning there is no network on my DSL, I tried to switch it off like alwys but there is totally nothing.. I tried to call the customer service numbers but all of them are speaking German and I cannot understand..

have you already managed to contact our technical support (0800 52 51 37 8, free of charge)? You will probably need someone German speaking to assist you. 

 

You can also check your connection with our DSL Support app. It can be switched to English language as well.
